Every Geep Ring order ships in two steps, and each step has its own tracking.
1. Your sizing kit
The physical sizing kit is prepared first. As soon as it leaves, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Wear the closest sizes for a day and a night, then reply to our email with the size that feels secure without feeling tight.
2. Your finished ring
Once your size is confirmed, your ring is sent in the colour you chose at checkout. You receive a second shipping email with its own tracking link.
Where to find your tracking
- Open the shipping confirmation email (check your spam or promotions folder if it is not in your inbox).
- Your order confirmation email also has a View your order button that shows the current status.
- Signed in to your account? Every order and its tracking are listed there.
