Is it as accurate as medical equipment?

No consumer smart ring should be used as medical equipment. Geep is designed to help you follow everyday readings and patterns. It does not diagnose, prevent or treat a condition.

Is a smart ring better than a smartwatch?

They suit different priorities. A smartwatch offers a screen, notifications, GPS and a broader feature set. The Geep Ring is smaller, screen-free and designed for people who prefer to keep their wrist clear, especially at night.

Why is the sizing kit sent first?

A secure, comfortable fit helps the sensors stay against your finger and makes overnight wear easier. The kit lets you try the sizes physically before your finished ring is sent.

Do I need a subscription?

Geep does not charge a monthly membership to use the ring and its core QRing records.

Which phone do I need?

You need a compatible iPhone or Android phone with Bluetooth and the QRing app. App compatibility can change with operating-system updates, so check the current app listing before ordering if your phone is older.

Can I wear it around water?

The ring is rated 5ATM and IP68. Follow the care instructions supplied with the product and dry the ring and your finger after prolonged contact with water.

How do I track my order?
