Why is the sizing kit sent first?
A secure, comfortable fit helps the sensors stay against your finger and makes overnight wear easier. The kit lets you try the sizes physically before your finished ring is sent.
How do I confirm my size and colour?
After the sizing kit arrives, reply from your order email to mygeepcare@gmail.com. Include your order number, chosen size and black, silver or gold finish. We then prepare the finished ring. There is no second payment.
How long does delivery take?
The order arrives in two parcels. The sizing kit is sent first and usually arrives 4–9 working days after dispatch. After you confirm size and colour, the finished ring is sent and usually arrives 4–9 working days after dispatch.
Can I cancel or return the order?
You can cancel before the finished ring is sent, or notify us within 14 days after the last parcel is delivered. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Can I wear it around water?
The ring is rated 5ATM and IP68. Follow the care instructions supplied with the product and dry the ring and your finger after prolonged contact with water.
